Highest Yielding Singapore REITs in May 2023

With many Singapore REITs releasing their quarterly results, are you curious which are the highest yielding Singapore REITs in May 2023?

Certain REITs in such as Parkway Life REIT and Mapletree Logistics Trust are able to grow their Distribution Per Unit (DPU) year-on-year. Other REITs such as Frasers Centrepoint Trust, CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust (CICT) and Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (MPACT) had their DPU either flat or fell short quarter on quarter.

To prepare a list of REITs to buy, I will usually use a stock screener to prepare a list of REITs that meet my criteria and then drill in further into each of them to analyse if they are worthy to add into my stock portfolio. My preferred stock screener is the Stock Screener from Stocks Café.

Many reader keep asking me what dividend yield will I buy? Below are the criteria that I used to screen for dividend stocks. You can adjust them to fit your risk appetite.

  • Current Yield (%) >= 5 and <= 10
  • Price / Earnings <=20
  • Price / Book <= 3
  • Market Capitalization >= 1B

I have screened the highest yielding REITs and sorted them in descending order based on their current dividend yield. Please do your own due diligence prior to investing into the below REITs.
