At this point of writing, investors who had applied for the Rights and Excess would have known their results of CICT Preferential Offering. For me, I was allocated all the Excess Preferential Offering Units of CICT (CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust) that I applied for.
Based on the announcement, a total of 492,535,540 Preferential Offering Units were received as at the close of the Preferential Offering on 24 September 2024. 67,803,416 Preferential Offering Units were not validly accepted or not taken up and thus they were allotted to satisfy applications for Excess Preferential Offering Units.
How to Check Your Application Results of CICT Preferential Offering?
For investors who deposit their stocks with CDP, you can log in to SGX Investor Portal (CDP) to check whether you have been allocated the CICT Preferential Offering Units that you applied for. The Central Depository (CDP) is a service provided by the Singapore Exchange (SGX) that acts as a custodian for securities.
When you buy or sell stocks, bonds, or other securities on the SGX, the CDP handles the clearing, settlement, and safekeeping of these assets. Essentially, it functions like a secure vault for your investments. If you have applied for CICT Preferential Units, the results of the transactions can be found under “Share Transactions” after you login to SGX Investor Portal (CDP).
What is CICT Share Price?
If you have taken up CICT’s Preferential Offering at S$2.007 per unit, you should be happy to know that CICT’s current share price is S$2.13. This is an estimate gain of 6%. Based on CICT’s preferential offering price of S$2.007 and FY23 full year DPU of 10.75 cents, this translates to a current dividend yield of 5.36%.
