Highest Yielding REITs to Buy in February 2023

After Chinese New Year, are you looking for the highest yielding REITs to Buy in February 2023? REITs are good financial instruments to provide you with passive income.

Just a few days ago, the Fed made the announcement to raise its interest rate by a quarter percentage point which is much lesser than its 0.75 percentage point increases in 2022. With inflation much under control, I believe the Fed may be less aggressive in their interest rate hikes in 2023.

In January and February, a few REITs have announced their latest quarter financial results. My observation is that the market is usually positive to release of financial results and this drove the share price up and thus driving down the current dividend yield.

Nevertheless, certain REITs still remain attractive to buy. Below are the REITs with the highest current dividend yield that I have screened for you using my favourite Stock Screener from Stocks Café.
