Frasers Centrepoint Trust’s aggregate leverage stood high at 42.8%. However, the manager shared that aggregate leverage can be lowered to 40.4% at a proforma basis, assuming repayment of loans from proceeds of perpetual securities. In 3Q25, cost of debt also reduced to 3.7%.
