Below are the key dates for the release of financial results in October and November 2023 for the REITs that are in my stock portfolio. In this month and next month, most REITs will either be releasing their financial results or providing business updates in Q3 FY2023.
I am tabulating the dates for my own tracking so that I know when the REITs are announcing their financial results or providing operational updates. Any underperformed results may send those REITs crashing. Vice versa, an excellent set of financial results can help push up the prices.
Taking opportunity of the REITs crash in October 2023, I added Keppel DC REIT to my stock portfolio. I have also accumulated more of CapitaLand Integrated Commercial Trust.
