Dates for REITs Financial Results in April and May 2023

Here are the key dates for the release of financial results in April and May 2023 for the REITs that are in my stock portfolio. In this month and next month, most REITs will either be releasing their financial results or providing business updates.

In March, the Fed increased interest rates by a quarter percentage point. Every increase in interest rates will set back the distribution per unit. I believe you have read about this in previous quarter’s business updates.

At this point in time, I am glad that there has not been very aggressive rate hikes by the Fed. Otherwise, I may be worried about the distribution per unit in this upcoming release of financial results by the REITs.
