CIMB January 2023 SGD Fixed Deposit is 4.20% p.a. CIMB Bank has offered the same fixed deposit interest rates offered in December 2022. This really surprised me as there are rumours bank interest rates will fall slightly in January 2023 but CIMB Bank still continue to offer such attractive high interest rates.
From 1 January 2023 to 31 January 2023, you can get up to 4.20% p.a. on your 18-month placement. For easy reference, below are the fixed deposit rates CIMB is offering in January 2023.

I am not a preferred customer of CIMB and thus I am only eligible for the personal banking promotion. I shall be opting for the CIMB SGD Fixed Deposit placement of 12 months at the interest rate of 4.15% p.a.
At the point of writing, I have already completed the fixed deposit placement with their mobile application called CIMB Clicks. This is so easy without having to queue at the bank to do a fixed deposit placement.
This is also my forth tranche fixed deposit placement with CIMB Bank. I hope to become a preferred customer in the future to enjoy the higher rates.
