Below are the attractive REITs to buy in November 2022. Many REITs have recently reported their latest financial results or operational updates.

REITs such as Mapletree Pan Asia Commercial Trust (MPACT), Frasers Centrepoint Trust and Mapletree Logistics Trust have all reported an increase in their Distribution Per Unit (DPU).

Even though their stock prices have recovered slightly, the current dividend yield is still attractive at current levels.

If you remember, the current dividend yield is based on the formula.

Current Dividend Yield % = (Previous Full Year Dividend / Current Stock Price) x 100%

When stock prices goes down, the current dividend yield goes up. Do take note that I did not take into consideration future DPU cut due to the increase in interest rate.
