Attractive REITs to Buy in January 2023

This is the start of a new year and are you looking for attractive REITs to buy in January 2023? REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) are excellent investments for passive income and if you are not yet invested, you should get started today.

In my previous post in December 2022, I shared that the will slow down the increase of their interest rate hike as the annual inflation rate in the United States had slowed down for a 4th month to 7.7% in October. The share price of REITs rose slightly to such positive news. This of course means a lower current dividend yield when share price rises.

Now, based on the inflation data from Trading Economics, the annual inflation rate in the United States had slowed down for a 5th month to 7.1% in November of 2022. In my opinion, this may mean the Fed may further slow down their interest rate hike should inflation gets controlled.
